The World Series Of Poker Europe 2011 started on October 7th in the Cannes Croisette Casino. The first event of the series, the €2,680 Six-Handed No-Limit Hold’em attracted 360 starters and Marvin Rettenmaier finished in 17th place for a prize of €9,936. Sam Trickett was eliminated by his Team Titan teammate Marvin Rettenmaier at the beginning of Day 1.
In Event #2, the €1,090 No-Limit Hold’em, 771 players paid the buy-in to try to win the prestigious WSOP bracelet. French Titan pro player Yann Brosolo ended the tournament in 23rd place for a prize of €5,285.
And now, in prestigious Event #3, the €5,300 Pot Limit Omaha event, Titan pro Sam Trickett is leading the final table. Sam Trickett, who has already won more than €3 million at live tournaments, is also leading the Partouche Poker Tour Final Table with its €1 million first prize, which will resume action in November.
But today, our English player is leading another final in his attempts to win a first WSOP bracelet.
