Team Titan rakes in $850,000 in combined cash winnings since the start of the 41st Annual World Series of Poker in Las Vegas

Having finished “in the money” at 15 events, with a total of nearly $850,000 in winnings, Team Titan is going strong at the 2010 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas.

Here’s a quick review of their performances so far:

Team member Sam Trickett of the United Kingdom is on fire with $693,837 in prize money and a very impressive second place finish at the No-Limit Hold’em with $5,000 buy-in (Event #17).  No-Limit Hold’em seems to be his forte, with no less than six “in the money” finishes – all of them in No-Limit games. Play it again Sam!

Demonstrating his diverse range of poker skills, team captain Sorrel Mizzi of Canada placed sixth at the Seven Card Stud with $1,500 buy-in (Event #21) and 25th at the Six-Handed No-Limit Hold’em with $2,500 buy-in (Event # 26).

Marvein Rettenmaier of Germany took home the bacon on four events, including seventh place and $78,681 at the No-Limit Hold’em with $1,500 buy-in (Event #11).

Jonas Klausen (Denmark) and Yann Brosolo (France) both finished in the money at the Triple Chance No-Limit Hold’em with $3,000 buy-in (Event #51), having won $8,735 and $6,605 respectively.

The events are still going strong – will they hit the $1 million mark before saying bye-bye to Vegas? Best of luck!
