Henry Schoucair, winner of the €150 side-event

Yesterday at 7:00 pm, 63 players entered the second poker room, to play a side event – a no limit Hold’em tournament, buy-in €100 . Nine places were paid.

After more than 10 hours of play, we had two French men going head-to-head: Henry Schoucair versus Franck Cartigny.

Last hand was a hard one. All the chips were inside the pot before the flop, and Franck Cartigny was all-in. Henry  covered him with only15,000 chips.

Henry Schoucair had A-5 and Franck Cartigny A-10, but the board came up 6-2-K-4-5 with a miraculous river for Henry, who won the tournament, taking home €3,400 , while Franck Cartigny earned €2,160.
