ECPokerTour Barcelona 2010 – Day 2
March 21st, 2010 by admin111 players made it to Day 2 of the Main Event of the ECPT here in Barcelona. They were all looking to make it to the last three tables because only the final 27 places are paid. After an action packed day, 27 of the world’s best players remain in the hunt for that amazing first place prize of € 170.000.
Day 2 started with a bang when Cedric Rossi, former professional football player from France, doubled up in the first hand of the day when he rivers a straight with A3 of hearts against his opponents top set nines. The flop came down 9 5 2 with two hearts, giving Cedric a straight and a flush draw. His unfortunate opponent never saw the straight coming and lost almost all his chips to Rossi after a 4 on the river. Cedric dominated his table for the rest of Day 2 and ends the day as one of the chips leader with 361.000 chips.
