Yann Brosolo eliminated at the bubble

May 4th, 2010 by pierre

After a few minutes in the 13th level, Yann Brosolo is finally and unfortunately the bubble boy of the tournament.

Holding A9, he raised to 7 K. One of the last 3 female  players still in decided to give the call.

The flop is perfect for  Brosolo Ah-As-10h. All-in from Yann and an instantaneous  call from the French woman.

Turn: Qh  and it is over for Yann Brosolo with a trips of A against a Royal Straight Flush.

The new representative of the Team Titan busted out in 19th position.

“Next time ! I was not here to just be paid. I was playing for the win, so no regrets”.

Goodbye everybody!

Sick Call from Yann Brosolo for a 100 K pot!

May 4th, 2010 by pierre

In an early position (blinds 400/800 Ante) a Dutch player raised to 2,500. Yann Brosolo reraised one more time. He did with 6,100 with AQ and got paid.

Flop: 6-8-9 Check-check

Turn: 3 The Dutchman bet 10 K and Brosolo called.

On the river, a 5, Brosolo called with A high for 40 K  fired by his opponent!

He showed his hand and his adversary seemed shocked but couldn’t do anything more than say “nice hand” mucking his cards onto the deck.

Brosolo eliminated his opponent and was up to 150 K with the average 41,052 chips.

We reached the 10th level with blinds 800/1,600 then to 1,000/2,000 Ante 300. It is 5:40 and the players seem really tired. They have to play until 18 players left and it is just endless.

Yann Brosolo lost a few pots and paid a lot of blinds. His stack started to decrease.

The action was really slow at that moment. Nobody wanted to lose now.

5:40 in the morning and it is the last break of the day – 25 players left.
