EPT PokerStars.com Prague 2010 Day 1A

The European Poker Tour Prague 2010 tournament started at noon today in the Hilton Hotel and Casino of the capital of Czech Republic. This event is the last stop of the EPT circuit in 2010.

191 players took their seats in the poker room to start action on Day 1A and paid the 5,000€ buy-in.

Three members of Team Titan were among the starters today: Sorel Mizzi, Marvin Rettenmaier, and Yann Brosolo.

Level 1 - Blinds 50/100:

Marvin Rettenmaier arrived in the poker room a little bit late and joined Sorel Mizzi at his table. They were seated in position 7 (Sorel) and 8 (Marvin).

Yann Brosolo was really short-stacked (around 10 Blinds) and then he suddenly disappeared from the poker room. No details of his elimination are available right now but we will certainly see him soon to know more.

Team Titan Pros Take No Risks

Our 3 Team Titan pro players are not involved  in a lot of hands now. They are playing quite conservatively, taking care to avoid putting themselves in dangerous situations.

A lot of players busted out in the first 3 hours. We started the day with 235 players and we are now at 133 players left for an average stack of 122K.

Joël Benzinou: 177K

Team Titan Players Off to Good Start at WPT Amneville

Team Titan players Marvin Rettenmaier, Yann Brosolo, and Joël Benzinou are participating in the World Poker Tour tournament in Amneville, France. 542 players in total started the €3200 + €300 Main Event.

Joël Benzinou finished Day 1A with a chip count of 137,600, while Marvin Rettenmaier finished Day 1B with 202,000. Along with Yann Brosolo, they will soon begin action on Day 2.

WPT Amneville: Day 1A Is Over !

It is 3 am here in Amneville, France, and Day 1A of the World Poker Tour tournament is over. We will back tomorrow to follow Day 1B action at 14:00 local time.

Tonight, Yann Brosolo and Joël Benzinou both succeeded in qualifying for Day 2 of the event, with respectively 35.9 K and 137.7 K in chips.

112 players remain in play from the 260 who started Day 1A with an average stack of 69.6 K.

Yann Brosolo Down to 40K, Joël Benzinou Up to 130K

This is the last level of the action on Day 1A of WPT Amneville, with Blinds currently at  600/1200, and an Ante of 100. 119 players are left with an average stack of 65.5 K.

Yann Brosolo has a comfortable 105K stack at the end of level 7 and is involved in many hands. His image at the table is really helping him to win huge pots.
